WY Bear Hunt Tag Question

I see there are four seasons for bear:

Spring-Special Archery
Spring-General
Fall-Special Archery
Fall-General

If I buy a WY bear tag, can I hunt all seasons with that one tag?

If I hunt special archery, do I need to pay the special archery fee?

fork,yes you can hunt all the seasons unless you harvest a bear in the spring then you cant hunt the fall.you will have to purchase a archery tag if ya whant to hunt the special archery seasons.I know im ready to hit the mountains for some spring bear.Good luck
