I noticed the posts about WY fee increases and there was a lot of talk about the odds increasing because the # of applicants will go down. For the regular tags the odds may actually get worse because more tags will now be allocated to those who put in for the special tags 30-40% of all tags for elk, antelope and deer will now go into the special tags draws--it used to be 20%. So dont count on better odds unless you pony-up the extra $$$$.
