WY NR Access Limitations?

No, this isn't a NR wilderness access whining session, it's a legitimate question about access for NRs.
Bottom line, I'll be in turkey hunting in Nebraska in late April, and want to extend my trip to Wyoming Region R for some deer scouting. I know Wyoming has winter range restrictions, wilderness access restrictions, and shed hunting restrictions.

First question, will these restrictions still be in place in early May?

Second question, where can I find the various restrictions listed?

No problem on wilderness since you won’t be hunting, you’ll be good on shed season on may 1st no matter what side of continental divide your on, and should be able to go to G&F website to look at dates on habitat areas, some definitely open later in May !!

You may not get around very good on the mountain....Might be lots of snow left.
