WY unit 35 elk help

I was fortunate enough to draw a NR type 1 tag in unit 35. I plan to archery hunt the last 2 weeks of Sept. and come back with rifle if needed. I have no experience in the unit. I am planning a couple scout trips this summer and will also do my homework on the phone and thru the web. Anyone willing to share any info or experiences in this area would be much appreciated. I am from NE and have hunted archery elk in CO the last couple years with good success, also have killed elk with rifle and MZ, but now bowhunting elk is my passion. Anyone willing to share what tye of quality of elk is in this area, and numbers of elk in this unit? I am willing to hike as far as needed and coyote out wherever needed to give myself every advantage.
