Wyo landowner list?

How do you go about getting a list of landowners that are willing to let you hunt their property either for free or for a fee? I am looking to get a leftover antelope tag. Thanks,

Got to decide which region first and then go to the district F&G Hdqts and ask for them to send you a copy of the landowners that will allow access for a fee or nothing. Not always but some won't charge you if you have a Doe Lope tag...they want to decrease the head count on their land.
