Are the Wy Pref points updated on their website after the deadline period for buying points?

If you go to your Pref. Point sheet on the website it will show what is your total.....BEFORE this latest buy in period we had.

This is the total number of Moose, Sheep, Elk, Deer, and Antelope Preference Points that are currently in the system. The total(s) include Preference Points earned by Unsuccessful applicants of the 2009 Draw(s). Preference Points applied for in July through September of 2009 will be reflected in your totals in mid November.

SO it will be upgraded in a few weeks, so check it out before Turkey Day.

Years past the updated totals were released Dec 1 along with the total for Non-Res by species

Preference Points for individual applicants have been updated, including points gained following the 2009 draw. Go to the "View Your Preference Points" link on the Wyoming DOW Hunting page to search for your updated preference points.

For some reason, Wyoming waits until December to publish the summary of all Preference Points going into the upcoming draw. It would seem that this information could be quickly produced by a simple software program, but apparently it is still compiled by hand.
