You getting any Rain in Flagstaff?

Hey Doug,and any other MM's that live in the Flagstaff area, I see the Coconino National Forest Service removed the camp fire restrictions, and lowered the fire conditions from very high to moderate. So is Flagstaff getting any good rain from the monsoons?

Not really...the surrounding areas are getting dumped on though but nothing in town. Went out the last few days and the forest is really green. Should be a good season.

the bulls are growing very well around belmount and pretty good rains. and the green is awsome this year the elk look very fat and happy for a change.

Not much in town, hopefully the monsoon will turn it up in the coming weeks. Other parts of Arizona are getting dumped on pretty good though.

Not much rain in Tusayan, we did get a nice shower this evening.

east of williams got blasted today.and south of williams has been getting some great rain.

I own a little place east of Flagstaff, in Elk Park Meadows, and will be there in a couple of weeks. I was hoping it would be nice and green by the time we get there. Glad to hear the monsoons have started. Thanks for the reports.

Judging from the radar, looks like your place received a shower yesterday. There was supposedly a good rain Friday night, but I was out west looking for antelope.

Flagstaff finally received good rain the last two days. Hopefully there's more to come...

I use the Weather Underground site to monitor rainfall. They have animated radar maps that you can view back quite a ways. It gives a 24 hour loop of the radar so you can see where the storms track in your area. Just start by searching for the weather in Flagstaff and look for the animated radar map. Once there on the right side of the screen you'll find the archived maps. This tool is great to see if your area is getting any weather.
