but it's chump change.


They took tens of millions from those same funds years ago to fund the wolf program according to some ex employees. So in effect they stole funds allocated to the states to start up the wolf programs that reduces the states hunter participation and tag sales. Then they give the states money to participate in the wolf program, but in the end the hunters suffer because there's fewer tags but old wolfy's howling and most folks will never see one. More of their corrupt handiwork.
