Youth 22/31 bear

Currently hunting right now. Few days in, my 11yr old and i have covered a ton of ground. Haven't seen any fresh sign. Some long ridges off warm springs had some decent sign but many days old. Been around branch,lost,sheep crks. In the hills at johnson crk park and skunk cabbage currently. Might head toward brownlee this afternoon. Any advice out there. ??

Maybe try lower in elevation. Look for some elderberries and wild apple trees. There has been a big bear hammering the fruit trees at my in-laws above Council,on the 32a side.

I have a 31 bear tag and have been going with hounds . All of the bears we've caught and most of the sign we've seen have been in the choke cherries , bears are hitting them hard right now.
