Yukon Gold and fresh eggs . Good breakfast as I didn't feel like Bacon today.
Making Superbowl Dinner and almost ready for Game Time.
Making Mac N Chesse Creole style, BabyBacks and am watching them like babies - spritzing with Pineapple juice, Sweet n Spicy BBQ sauce using the 3-2-1 method .
Wife is making Guacamole and Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
It should be epic. Some teasers of the prep of rides and finished Mac n Cheese.

Though I was the only one using a welding blanket to cover my smoker.

Thanks Lik2hunt. My wife didn't want to give me good scissors, but it works great. The Traeger is close to my Masterbuilt Electric smoker, but not quite as smoke flavor. Much easier though. Just turn it on, place the settings and go in the house. Have a great one yourself. Nice to be home from work. I've been busy.
