Wrong color for any media to care. Flip the story and there would be 20 doc’s and the state of California offering reparations

As a young deputy sheriff in 1975-76, I was able to tell if I made a traffic stop on a black male that he was from Oakland or San Francisco before I walked up to the vehicle.
They would stick both hands out of the car window where I could see if they had nothing in their hands. I walked up to one that I had stopped and said to him, "you must be from Oakland". He replied, "how in hell do you know that".
