You just have to be persistent. A while back,I thought I was going to have a problem with Burris be cause I had sent a scope in for warranty repair. When I got it back,the original problem had been fixed but upon inspection, I found the reticle lens was cracked! I sent an email, and waited a few days and got no response. Then I called and left a voicemail. Still no response. I called a couple more times and finally somebody answered the,phones. After a brief conversation, the tech was going to send,out a return shipping label, but then stopped mid sentence and said Forget all that,I am just going to send you a new scope.I said OK!That will work!I asked if he wanted me to send the old scope back.He said No,just keep it.Which I did and put it on,my AR15.
