Does anyone happen to know what the zion/pine valley desert sheep tag went for at the expo?

Muley73, thank you. Thats alot closer to what I thought it would go for. When I read 27k I was kicking myself for not going to the auction.

No problem. State tag went for the same. I'm guessing they'll both be chasing the same rams.

Do you know what the Antelope Island Sheep tag went for?

I believe it was 80K if I remember right.

Without a doubt they'll both be hunting the Zion, along with the sportsman tag holder and of course the expo tag winner. I keep checking to see how many tags will be recommended(approved) for the state draw. Im all for hunter opportunity but I'm really concerned about the mature ram population out there. If my numbers are correct they've harvested 26 rams in 3 years with 11 being taken last year. IMO thats unsustainable and quality is going to drop dramatically in the next few years.
