Every buck was shot within about a five-mile radius and all in one week! I got mine out of his bed an the last day of the hunt. It was great because I've never been able to get one bedded and I'll never forget what he looked like freezing, assuming I hadn't seen him. Those big guys will literally make you step on them before they'll come out of their holes! The cactus buck was about seven-years old and must've weighed over 350 lbs! (Looked like a spike elk on the ground) All public land too.
