LAST EDITED ON Aug-04-09 AT 11:07AM (MST)[p]How would you like to have these 3 giants making their way towards you this bow season?

Answer this; If the wide buck was just out of bow range, yet one of the other two was within bow range, would you launch an arrow at one of the lesser bucks, or hold out for the bigger, wider buck?

What do you do? Could you pass on the lesser two bucks in hopes of an opportunity at the larger one at a later time?

Thanks a bunch YELUM for sharing your clips!!!! We look to forward to more in the future buddy. Sure appreciate it!

Holy cow, what beautiful bucks. I'd kill the first one that came into range. Shoot at, anyway. I might launch the arrow seventeen feet over his back I'd be shaking so hard.

There?s a guy in my home town that takes a big buck nearly every year. I asked him once how he can consistently harvest big bucks year after year. He?s comment back to me was classic ?I don't shot little ones?. If I had these three bucks with in or close to with in shooting range I would hold off for the big one and pay to god that he makes a mistake.

I would make a good faith effort to kill the first one that got within 40 yards. Good Hell, I looked at a bunch of S Utah bucks over the weekend, thought I was looking at monsters, now I'm feeling a little deflated.

LAST EDITED ON Aug-04-09 AT 02:30PM (MST)[p]Those are all three great bucks but that big wide one is my dream buck hands down. If I killed him I could hang it up knowing I got the buck of two or three lifetimes. Not sure I could pass the others though.

OK, what does he score experts?

edit: Yelum, thank you for sharing. That is some awesome footage.

LAST EDITED ON Aug-04-09 AT 06:14PM (MST)[p]id arrow any of the three i think! would be tough but bucks like that dont make that many mistakes i think you have to take the lessers if that was what was dealt...at least i would!

No expert here but i've been pretty close a time or two. I'm gonna say that buck is 32-33" and scores right near 195

One for the all time book!!!

Tough to pass on any of those bucks at any time but bowhunting, as much as i'd cut off my own body to get that bigger buck, i'd prolly shoot any of them. All are super archery deer.

There's a reason why my pins go to 100yds and its not just for competition. but in the heat of the moment, first one that gives a safe insuring shot, dont want to blow a shot on bucks like that

first good shot. They are all good bucks who cares about a score, they are just to fine to pass up.

Wait for the big one. I would rather go a season or two shooting at some monsters like him and end up with nothing than keep taking small bucks year after year.

To me hunting is so much more than taking a buck every year.

I think I would shoot anyone of em. They didn't get that big by making mistakes and its possible it all could unravel at any minute. Take the shot.

Big typicals are my fav but since you wont get many chances in life to shoot a nontypical i would shoot the NT

For hell's sakes----

How on EARTH does Nv. get all these tremendous Muley bow-bucks without having the stinking Cash Grab Con Org tag$ for 'Habitat' scam?

You Nv guys got it figured out real good!

For sure--congrats to the early bow hunt hunters/guides!
