San Juan Elk Ridge

I had an any weapon tag this year and as I was chasing a buck through the trees up on top I found a dead buck. I am assuming the it was killed during the archery. It had velvet around the bases still and a really neat looking buck. It was north of the Big Notch and south of Duck Lake. If you shot at a buck and want to contact me and I can tell you where I saw it. I know it's past the allotted retrieval time and you would have to work with the authorities to get it.

Not mine, but how did you do on the elk ridge, in your opinion was the elk ridge worth the wait.
