Limited Entry???

Hey guys, I was just curious as to what's going to happen in Utah with the L.E. Areas in 2012 with the new changes having 30 general units. Will the L.E. areas stay the same and be unaffected by these changes? Any info would be appreciated!! Thanks guys!
