Is there a place to find out how many points are needed to be in the 20% max pool allocation for each unit?

Not with a definite answer, no. The max points for a particular hunt is determined by who has the most points that applies for that hunt. If a hunter who has 10 points is the only one with that many to apply for a hunt, he becomes the max point holder, and sets the stage for the max point distribution. The max points for one unit may be and probably will be different for another unit.

I was wondering if there was a place to find what that number might be for each individual unit simular to what Utah does.

I think it's like 18 points for an AZ resident.

I don't believe it's published anywhere but you could call and they would tell you 602-942-3000

There is some type of publication that AZGFD puts out that is $75 that might have what you want. I've never seen it (not needed) so I'm not sure what it contains. Call them and find out that way.
