best archery unit in Arizona

Just curious what other peoples thoughts are on which is the best unit to kill a 370+ bull? 9? 10? 8? 1? 3?

9, 3, 10, 27, 1 in my opinion in that order.

I agree with Madd but there are 370 bulls in darn near every unit that has Elk.
