New Member and first posting. I just returned from my first trip to Lusk Wyoming looking for a 30" mulie, unfortuantely my trip was spoiled from the hot weather and drought conditions that part of the state has endured. Nevertheless, It was enjoyable hunt, even though I never came across what I was looking for. I did have 5 chances to pull the trigger on my Sako but decided to let the mulies walk. They just wasn't what I was looking for. Anyway, the real reason for this posting is, Once I actually made it back to the office one of my co-workers forward an email to me. The email consisted of two photos of supposedly the new world record mulie which according to the email was bagged in Wyoming. I'm not sure if he was just trying to rub it in on me or not. The photos appear to be authentic and not a fake. The monster buck was supposedly taken by a women somewhere in Wyoming a couple of days ago. Has anyone heard of this story? Just curious to hear if it's for real.

Being that I'm a new member and not familiar with how to post photos I will have to post them later once I learn the ropes. This is one awesome Mulie. I will post the pic's ASAP. 06Sako

About 65 2/8" shy of the world record Broder Buck it sounds like. World record or not it's still one awesome animal!

That would be the one. Thanks for the posting. As I said I'm new to MM and I was going thru the archives and noticed there were several messages on this same Monster a day or two ago. Thanks to all for the response. Sako
