cold fun...

cold out, but still goin'...went to check on the trail cam this morn....was 0 degrees....riding the sno-mobile was 'major cold'...didn't haul any more grub in to the 'fellas', but will do so tomorrow...there were a couple 'laying low' in the brush, wait'in on me...snapped a couple long range pics, and got out of there...they have it rough enough as it is, without me 'bumpin'em'...
had a small 'chip' in the trail cam, so ran out of pics fast...put a big one in today...the trail cam has been up since the 4th of january, has taken several hundred pics, and the temperatures have been hovering in the mid-teens at night, and mid-twenties during the day time. last 2 days, it has been at 0 at night, and 'teens' during the day...the camera battery life is still at 78%, with still the original 6 'D' cell batteries i put in it...it is a 'moultrie' model # 'i40'...

Thanks again Littlefoot - it looks like some of those bulls prefer the warm bed over the full belly! LOL!

In the last two pics if you didn't know what you were looking for you would never see the bull laying down! Who would think that a bush that small would hide an animal that big!
