AZ 7W Elk Footage

I see that unit 10 is popular in the elk hunting video world.

Having drawn a 7W archery tag I am looking to purchase a video showcasing hunts from there.

Any idea or recommendations?

Not sure if there are any videos that focus in on just 7W. I had the 7W hunt last year and if you want I can send you some video of some the bulls I was watching. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.

You have probably one of the top hunts in AZ and should have a great hunt if we get a good spring rain and summer monsoon. Good luck.

You know, it's out there. Can't remember which one of McClendons videoas has it, but they showcase a giant from there in one of them. You have a great tag. I've got tons of video from there and will try to get something captured to post if I get time. Have fun!

Extreme Bulls 5 has a hunt in 7 west. Actually Steve Chappell ,who produces the video ,is the tagholder and gets a nice bull with his bull. Not sure how many bulls that are on the video montage are from that unit but its a good video to watch for sure if you like big bulls. Good luck with your tag. nwhunter

I am really sorry (REALLY) I don't have a photo of me with a 350+ bull, but I did see a couple. 2005, 7W
The bull in the truck was taken by an outfitters client at a water tank.

Hey Anaconda in your last picture I was camped right at the base of that hill for my hunt. Alot of big elk right there.

No, thank goodness, that is not toadflax in the picture. It is a native wildflower common to the area.
