Been looking at new bows....Love my matrix but looking to pick up a few FPS. I was shooting the spyder turbo the other day when the guy helping me went and grabbed an Elite Answer. I was flat out amazed how awesome this bow shot. Both bows were hot on on poundage...turbo went 74lbs and answer went 75. I am going to wait until i have the opportunity to shoot the pulse before i buy but right now my gut tells me i might be changing flavors. The wall on the elite was unreal. You almost have to push back into the string to let the arrow down. Anyone out there shooting these bows or tried them?? Whats your take??...

I shot the 2013 Elite Answer and it was a very nice bow. But I like the 2013 Elite Hunter better myself but both way nice bows. I almost bought the hunter until I shot the 2013 Prime Impact and it was nicer then both Elites hands down "my opinion" so I ordered it! It should be here in a week or so! If i was you I would shoot the Hunter and without a doubt shoot the Prime Impact and Prime Defy before buying anything else!

I bought a 2008.5 Elite Z28 2 yrs ago and was a little hesitant not knowing much about the name. I have shoulder issues and was looking for a nice draw for me. Someone here told me to try this elite that was at an archery shop in north salt lake. I shot several bows and ended up buying the elite. I have killed 2 deer with it and soo far I am happy with it. I love the draw cycle and it is really smooth. There are alot of great bows out there. Shoot as many as you can and get the one that fits you best.

I just picked up an Elite Answer and love it. Easiest shooting, drawing, holding bow I have ever shot. I have shot all the high end bows and have to agree with the above comments, I really liked the Prime line of bows, but couldn't get past the cable being in my sight vision at full draw. It's all personal preference and which one feels the best to you.

Bocephus, The 2013 Prime bows have that issue fixed, and they are flat out awesome!
