Anybody looking for a new drop away rest I would highly recommend RipCord. I have had one for 3 years and then this fall it finally started to show some wear and tear and was dropping slow. I called the company they said to send it to them and they would either fix it the day they received it or send me new one. Sure enough got a new rest within a week of shipping the old one. Great customer service!
