Hecs clothing ???

I wouldn't spend money on it.
I just don't get it's designed to block elctro magnetic field, yet the camera men are directly behind the guys . Do cameras not produce electric fields?

I actually bought a set with a hat. Surprisingly they are a pretty nice fit and ultra light weight for the early season except for the pants. They are gargantuan and need some tailoring.

My anecdotal evidence is that my natural vibe went away for the first three days using it. Normally if I get within 200 yards of a deer it will have it's ears up and be freaked out. Even with wind in my face they are running. The very first day I tried it scouting a few years ago I had a deer stand there at 5 yards off a trail I was walking down cocking it head as I talked to it. Never seen anything like it. The second day I was elk hunting in Wyoming and had one bull come and sniff me from inches down wind while my buddy watched through his spotting scope. A second bull walked past me down wind then came back by after watering and checked me out without blowing out. The third time I had a small 6x6 six bed down right in front of me at 35 yards. I shot that one.

Not kidding those were the first 3 days I tried the stuff. Doesn't seem to have made any difference since. Pretty sure I still have a harmonic buzz that scares the chit of out critters from incredible distances that none of my buddies can explain. That's why I carry the bazooka camera lens and film from 300 yards most of the time so I don't blow out everything in the realm.

In the end of the day, It would be nice light early season layer if it were $120 a set. At $200 a set it's marginal to even think about regardless of the claims.

Cheers, Pete

A lot of the hunting that is shown on their show could have been filmed with semi tamed animals. That's why I was wondering how it works in real hunting situations.

I'm always interested in trying new stuff and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The TV shows make it look like you're practically invisible to wild animals if you're wearing this product, but that has not been my experience at all. I still have to exercise my hunting skills, the same as while wearing any other camo pattern. But it is pretty nice for warmer weather hunts.

I have had animals come to within 2 feet of me & I had no scent blocker on just regular camo! If you play the wind & sit dead still when they are coming. They know something is there, but they are not sure what it is.

That's why the cameras are behind the guys in hec suits. It blocks them too.

They used to kill deer wearing red plaid shirts and Levi's...

I am with the majority here. I been hunting 50 years and never used anything and allways have animals all around me within 3 feet. Not spooked either. If it make you feel your chances are better go for it,But I don't see a need.......BULL!

Absolute joke. The guy that runs HECS clothing is an absolute tool. Met him one time out hunting in Oregon and I don't think I can find one good thing to say about him. As far as the clothing line I think it's a scheme.
