Hey guys just wondering if any of you have any experience good or bad with this truck. The one I'm looking at has 108k miles. Tell me what you think!

Thanks,

Bo

Read your post on the other forum . If that is your price range maxed out and you need a truck. If the truck is clean and well maintained like you indicated. Then I would say purchase the truck. That truck could last a long time but if was not well maintained then repair bills could add up quickly.

It's a lot easier to fill a tank with fuel because the older truck gets less mileage. You can by a lot of fuel over the years instead of paying an extra 10K for a truck...that 10k buys a lot of fuel.

Tell the owner you will pay his price if the owner will allow you to have that truck checked out buy a certified mechanic or a Dodge Dealer prior to purchase. If he says no then I would say that raises a yellow flag so be cautious.

If the price is right, buy it!!

I'm a huge fan of late 90s, early 2000s diesels, Dodge or Ford.

I own a 2000 F-250, 7.3 extended cab with 400,000 miles, and a 2002 F-350, 7.3 crew cab with 120,000 miles.

I just bought the 2002 Ford about 2 years ago and a 98-03 Dodge 2500/3500 would have worked if I found the right one, low milage, clean, and crew cab.

Those things run forever.
