Nonresident PP fee, tell them what you think!

That would only be a temporary fix,Resident fees for tags and license will have to increase at least by 30%.

"The Game and Fish is proposing to raise preference point fees for nonresidents for elk, deer, antelope, bighorn sheep and moose. The proposed preference point fees are $52 (elk), $41 (deer), antelope ($31), bighorn sheep ($103) and moose ($77). The fees for resident bighorn sheep and moose preference point fees will remain at $7."

Seems extremely reasonable to me. I have no issue w/ it at all.

They gotta get funding somewhere.
I'm sure it's a few drops in the bucket, but any more money they can raise will likely be needed more than we know.
Preference point prices are a good place to raise the rates on. A few dollars more for a point won't deter their purchase.

Good idea.

LAST EDITED ON Jun-27-17 AT 11:28AM (MST)[p]IMHO this fee increase is ridiculous! Raise them at least $5 a piece, rather than the little $1, $2, and $3 increase that's proposed. Then they can get some needed money instead of chicken feed for their budget, LOL!

I thought the same thing, but I'm sure they are trying to keep opposition to a minimum.
Always those that can't be made happy.
Haven't you guys been talking to a person or two like that recently?

Maybe some should drive out to wyoming instead if posting twenty different questions about everything under the sun from those unhappy people.
