Wolf hunting question

Hey Guys! I spent some time looking at the game and fish website but I didnt find my answer so I was hoping someone here could help me out. It looks like a large part of the state is "Predatory Management area". What exactly does that mean as far as licensing for a non resident? Do I need a small game license or is there a predator license or something? Any guidance would be much appreciated!

LAST EDITED ON Dec-09-17 AT 06:58PM (MST)[p]No license is needed in the predator zone to kill a wolf, but you have to register it with G&F if you shoot one. You can also shoot coyotes without a license anywhere in WY. Licenses are only required in the wolf management area on the west side of the state. Go onto the G&F website and click on "Regulations" at the top of the page and then scroll down to the wolf section that shows the map, seasons, license need for the trophy units, and a brochure on wolf hunting.
