Ey guys I pist away my Oregon deer season this year with a back injury, hunted two days, I heard there is a late blacktail muzz hunt otc...? Any truth I looked at the regs n ya..real long....

There are late muzzleloader and archery hunts for blacktail, mule deer and whitetail with over the counter tags. The late muzzleloader season is from 11/25 through 12/15/2015 on the west side for blacktail in "designated units".
Page 21 of the 2015 pamphlet lists the dates and units. Then the state map on page 44 and 45 shows the units by number on the map.
