Points question/ mistake or confusion

So I started applying in 2015 as a NR for Nevada and so trying to get ready for the upcoming draw I went and looked at my points and realized some how I only have 1 point even though I applied for the last two years is there a preference point cost or fee that maybe I wasn't aware of the first year and that's why I'm short a point ?

When you apply it gives you the option of only purchasing the license if you draw a tag. If you go this route and do not draw a tag you won't be charged the license fee but you don't gain any points either. So basicallly in order to accumulate points you MUST purchase a hunting license every year. Do you remember purchasing a license the past 2 years? If you did you should have 2 points unless you drew the 1st year?

LAST EDITED ON Mar-16-17 AT 10:30PM (MST)[p]That was it, I just looked up in my drawing record book and the paper I printed up says purchase license if drawn so I'm assuming I didn't purchase a license and that doing so I now realize it cost me a point... that's a bummer. No I have never drawn a tag in Nevada.
