africa trip with my son

This was a trip of a lifetime.All started when we won a free 7 day hunt with hartzview safaris with the pic of the bull elk my son shot last year in new mexico.Figured we would get the most out of the airfare and added 7 more days.The once and a lifetime trip may have changed to 2 lifetime trips as i want to get back there in 2013.Africa gets you from the time you get off the plane to heading home.Nice back up plan for when you dont draw in the states.have more pics to post later

I agree, it gets in your blood. I could go each and every year and it would be unreal. Hard to explain. I would gladly give up my hunting in the states to go to the dark continent. I am so intrigued and impressed I cannot wait to go back. That time cannot come soon enough.

My dream/goal is to take my boy, assuming he holds up his part of the deal, to Africa after he graduates or sooner, $$$$ permitting.

I cannot recommend it enough. Trip of a lifetime and I was planning to go back before I even left.

Cannot wait to hear the story.

Great photos! Is the PH in the Springbuck photo Jaques Spamer ? Looks like him, he was the PH on the Safari we did in 09, working for a different company then. I got a kick out of him, great guy!
