The citation is public record as soon as it is issued. It will be adjudicated in a court, then if found guilty the Commission might take up the question of loss of privileges. I'd be interested in knowing who the issuing officer was.

This year will be interesting for G&F. The tag, license, and application fees that were put in as part of the "license simplification" process will put a strain on some folks. I spoke at the Commission meeting when they approved these new fees. I said they had just priced me out of turkey...
