Why are non-residents being treated differently than residents in the proposal ? Why not change the system for everyone ? Let me guess.... Non-Residents now are drawing 10% of the premium tags. IMHO, More residents will draw tags under this system, not non residents.

I am second guessing myself now for not putting in for the four day October Elk hunts in Arizona. What kind of bulls are people thinking will be killed on these hunts. Will they be better than a late bull tag or is the season to short to realistically kill a great bull? Thanks, Alan

For what it's worth...Here's my take on the Bookcliffs. Shoot the first deer you seee that will make YOU happy. There are a ton of deer, there are Boone and Crockett deer, just not a lot of them (duh!!!), but if you make up your mind before you pull the trigger that you will be happy with...

This is my 2006 Bookcliffs Mule Deer. There are a ton of small bucks in the Bookcliffs but if you get away from the roads there are some monsters. It also helps to be VERY lucky (like me).
