2012 deer

General season deer archery tag is getting thrown away tonight, had a great season packing a new bow passed on a few small mulies during September while concentrating on elk in unit 59, never found anything I was willing to pull the trigger on with a rifle and then had a blast trying to spot and stalk whitetails in unit 67 during and after the rut.(Thinking about using a treestand or blind next year)Looking back probably the best season I have ever had without putting venison in the freezer.
Guess I will pull out the rifle and look for a wolf next week.

Your season sounded like mine, in the same units. Probably seen each others vehicle on the mountain. Ever find any good elk. Found a few good ones down low, but had to go high in search of 350+
