LAST EDITED ON Oct-30-18 AT 07:14PM (MST)[p]Hey Fellas
Just wanted to check in and see if anybody had some starting points to fill a couple doe antelope tags in 44 or 45. Preferably good glassing points to look over some area that hold antelope. Haven't spent too much time in these units but have spent quite a bit of time right across the highway in 39 with a bow looking for deer.
Just hoping to save an extra day trip from the valley and some fuel if any of you are willing to share where some does are hanging around. I'm sure we can get into them on our own but never hurts asking if it can save some fuel and a little bit of time!
Heres a couple pics of a buck we got on in the most popular unit in Idaho this last weekend. Unfortunately, my brother and I didn't play our cards right and couldn't get on him after watching him bedded for 30 minutes. We were waiting for him to rebed once the sun started coming up behind him thinking he'd come towards us away from the sun, they never do what you want and he went off the back side towards the sun. Seen 5 bucks and ended up filling the freezer on a 3 point. Pictures aren't great, he was nearly 2 miles away had the spotting scope zoomed in all the way and the cell phone camera zoomed all the way. Couple screenshots from videos I took.
