Anyone ever use Bighorn Meat up in Buffalo WY for wild game processing?
I'm a NR hunter and am hopeful for a pair of WY tags this year. If that happens I'll be in a situation where meat spoilage may be a concern, normally I'm a "one and done" harvest and head straight home kind of guy, but if I harvest one animal and then head to try and fill a second species I don't want to risk spoiling meat and a quick internet search show this processor as one sort of in between my two areas.
Figured I could drop off the first harvest to be processed and shipped home while I headed off to second hunt, just looking for some first hand reviews if anyone has one...
Thanks for any help on this one.
