Arizona Draw

What date is the draw results usually available? I was thinking it was before the apps for Colorado and New Mexico, which would be early April. Huntin Fool says April 23rd, but that seems later than normal. I know people here remember when it usually happens...

I have been told that the draw results are available by telephone before they are available online. Is this right? If so, how much sooner are the phone results available (a few days, a week)?

It varies, sometimes within hours sometimes maybe a day.
