Here are some pics of my 7x7 I found this year. I ran down this deer just to get his sheds, knocked them off with a 2x4. lol
Just got them back from the taxidermist. they look great, very happy to find his sheds this year!!

You gotta love those big heavy horns... Mount looks great. so i'd say you made a good find. lol Thanks for sharing.

looks good. how far apart were the sheds. and how high in elevation? if you dont mind me asking

Wouldn't surprise me in the least bit. But then again, I am too busy hugging wolves to really give a crap about what you do.
 
Found them about 30 yards apart about 2500 ft. Pretty low here in Idaho, weather has been great about 45 to 50 degrees.
 
You guys shouldn't swing sticks and stuff at the deer...you could put out an eye or something...

Fatrooster, be carefull with the bat, sometimes I swing to hard, and it breaks the horns.
 
why expend the energy running them down when you can net them and just twist the horns off?
