LAST EDITED ON Nov-06-15 AT 06:38AM (MST) by Founder (admin)[p]I've hunted B zone for many years with my share of success, having used my points up last year on Doyle I decided it was time to try another unit so me and a buddy put in for the later C tags. Not really knowing the zone much we figured we would try and learn it this year. We did not see many deer we spotted my buck Saturday evening and I was lucky enough to get a shot at him. He was mortally wounded but it got dark before I could find him so we decided to come back in the morning. We were headed to find my buck the next morning when we spotted a smaller four point which my buddy decided to take figuring I would find mine. We then went back to where I shot mine and after a short track we found him piled up meat still good no bears on him. Had a great time in the two days I got to hunt and while I can't complain as I am happy with the buck I took I did not get a chance to learn the unit really well, guess I will have to go back again.
