LAST EDITED ON Mar-07-05 AT 01:12AM (MST)[p]Just looking over how many points it took last season to draw
X-12. Since Last season 2 points were the maximum number a hunter in Ca could of had, and that is all that should have drawn X-12. We drew in 2002 and only had 1 point last season, No problem. My uncle had 2 points last season and did not draw, which didn't bug me until I read this. There were people with 1 point that drew X-12 and my uncle did not draw with 2. I thought the point system would give each person better odds at drawing then the previous lottery drawing. Am I missing something here. If you look at the image at http://www.dfg.ca.gov/licensing/pdffiles/2004DeerChart.pdf see where it say "LOWEST POINT VALUE AWARDED TAG", then look under X-12 and you will see it show 1 point. Help me out, please.
