I was wondering what you all think of cabela's pine ridge scopes? has anyone had experience with them? I have a tasco on my rifle now that I don't trust and would love to get a leupold or zeiss, but the finances won't allow it right now. So, are the pine ridge scopes good? Are there any other affordable scopes that are ok? Thanks

How much are you looking to spend? There are a number of decent scope manufacturers out there. Simmons, Bushnell, Nikon etc.

have a 2x7 pine ridge, not currently mounted on anything. I replaced it with a leupold, however for the money a good enough scope. they are imported from the far east (china?) I had it on a 6.5x55 and it sighted in fine seemed to hold zero.

I have a couple Burris Fullfield II scopes that are excellent, about $200.
