I'm looking at the same. For the price, the weight savings on the rifle, tuned trigger, a non factory stock, nice recoil pad, and the accuracy, it's actually not a bad deal. I'm looking at that same exact rifle and caliber for just shooting at the range, whitetails. Maybe mule deer but I'm mixed on that.
I think Christensen got a bad reputation for what they used to do, not what they're doing now. They used to offer a service where they'd carbon wrap your barrel. Well if you carbon wrap a p.o.s., it's still a p.o.s. afterwards. Awful marketing and operational idea because of the risk you're taking on.
