colorado deer 3 rd season units 35,36

Anyone have any experience in these units for the third season rifle?

I have an opportunity to buy a landowner tag and am wondering if it is worth the time/money.

Those units used to have a ton of leftover
tags for 3rd season, after the hard winter
of 07 they went from 230 non res tags to
95 in 08.

I have had buddies hunt it before, they
say there are some good bucks on private,
so find out how much private ground the are
going to give you to hunt.

How much for the tag by the way?

If you are up to packing into some rough country and be ok with sub zero temps at night you could do as well as with any other trophy unit in the region. If that won't work then +1 for the private land suggestion.
