Colorado Deer Units 69 or 75?

I was curious about these units for deer. Unit 69 produces a lot of deer for harvest. Is there a lot of private property on 69? Why so many deer taken because of easy access or large number of deer herds present on the unit? How much private property on unit 75? Any Indian res on 75? Google earth makes both properties or units look very appealing to the ignorant or not knowing eye? I have heard a few stories about 75 but have heard nothing about 69? I would like a few opinions on either unit. I am curiou about archery, muzzleloader, and rifle hunts on both units? Any words of wisdom from the wise? Thanks!
