Does any one here know when the land owner tags are drawm?

They conduct the landowner draw right before the regular draw. Landowners can get up to 15% of the tags, any of that not claimed goes into the regular draw. I'm not sure if the landowners can log in to find out, or just have to wait to get vouchers in the mail.
