Colorado sheep

I called the Wildlife Division for a sheep booklet at least ten days ago and still have not received. How long does this normally take? I need to apply via paper app as I am a NR.

Depending on what state you're in, those things can take a looooooong time to arrive once mailed. Mine usually arrives here in Indiana about 10 to 15 days after the first Colorado guys report getting their's.
