Washed & dried ribs, spritzed with white vinegar, avocado oil, dry rub of black pepper, salt, garlic & onion powders, oregano, paprika, cayenne, a lil cane sugar, John Henry's East Texas city market seasoning. Will brown on smoky grill for about 15 minutes then crockpot 6 hours with a slice of bacon, water, onion, a little bbq sauce.
