Just cuz Blank forced me to show what I made.
"Tough" old nasty muley (NOT) cooked with some olive oil, Montreal seasoning, and chili flakes. The shell were lightly fried corn tortillas with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on the shell. Then, topped with tomatillo salsa and I added fresh cilantro, onion and jalapeno.
As usual, the tough old muley was tasty.
