Doe Antelope Hunt

A buddy and I didn't draw any special hunts this year and are talking about coming to Wyoming and get some Doe Antelope tags just to put some meat in the freezer. Are these tags something we need to get as soon as the leftover tags go on sale or can we buy some over the counter in some areas. Thinking of getting two tags each.

Depends on the unit you want to get them in. Some will sell out quickly right when they go on sale at 8AM MST on July 17th, while some units like 23 will never sell them all. That unit also always has a jillion buck tags left even after the season closes.

Not sure of your situation, but it's worth considering taking a buck as well. There are lots of areas where you could shoot a buck and a couple of does. If you are coming to Wyoming, it is worth thinking about a buck as well.
