DWR deleted points anyone else?

So I logged in on my girlfriends account to apply for tags, adn all of her points were deleted. She no longer has mt goat points and also lost out on 9 elk points. DWR is closed now, i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem this year or before?

yes has happen to me and several family and freinds
.they said if you dont have it on paper your screwed.
cusin went in 2 years ago with paper sat their office for 2 hours but got points back .
was told to print point summary off ever year for proof.

There is a chance she may have two accounts. If that is the case she needs to have the accounts merged or the one with no point deleted. I had this happen about 10 or so years ago so I do not know if this could still be a problem. I could only pull up one acount which only had 1 year worth of points. The guy at the the DWR offies was able to see both accounts and merge them.

No problem here, thankfully. However, great info and I also printed all six of my familys for safe keeping.

After applying for utah pref points my first year, few years ago...I logged into the pref point lookup to verify my points were updated and it said I had 8 points for elk 10 for moose and 0 for everything else....logged in the next day and showed an accurate 1 point for everything

I'm no computer expert but there has got to be some way to look up the history on your computer and find the last time you where on the site and print that page? or maybe I'm just dreaming?

I just did what TXH58 did, I printed mine off today...just in case there's an epidemic.

He Ox, when you do a search, does it still show the application history. In addition to the page that shows my points, it showed ever past year what I applied for and that I was unsuccessful. If that page is still showing, they should be able to see how many points you should have that way.

Just pull your email confirmations...

Seems like this would be the easiest way to prove what you put in for. If not the application confirmation email then you should have the unsuccessful emails... good luck.

Yes, I have 1 co-worker this happened to. Also, a friend lost 2 Elk points some how. They asked for reciepts for payment from years past. Who keeps reciepts for 5-10 years. You had better print off your points after every draw each year.

Happened to me too. I kept my email with the confirmation number from last year, so I am in the process of having this issue rectified. Hopefully they can figure this one out. This should never happen. Very poor form UDNR.

So problem fixed. she had 2 accounts for some reason. Typed in the customer ID instead of soc. and it brought to different account. what a relief!

Every year when we buy our new 365 day license we print our points page as it has the print date on the page for confirmation.....years and years....

I thought I read somewhere recently that starting in 2009 Utah requires you to put in for the tag at least once every three years or you would lose your point? I will try to find the link and attach it.

Get an HTML email account like google or live, print ALL your stuff to a PDF printer and email It to your web email account. The email stays on the server and when your long dead it will still be there. Lose that paper or pornify your pc like bessy, it'll be gone.
